Born with a special gift, Bojana always displayed a free spirit and a desire to be different. As a child, Bojana looked at the world from a different perspective. Her keen eye and precise hand would define her artistic success through adolescence and adulthood.
Bojana was born on April 8, 1984, in Belgrade, Serbia - in a city and country where few people were fighting for their rights through art and great art works. Walking through life with steps faster than time, and always refining her objective, Bojana’s existence is defined through her uniqueness, and that is exactly what one can see and feel in all her works. With a designer’s eye, the shot of an excellent photographer, and an exquisite fashion sense, Bojana has never stopped. On her journey, she turns everything into art and her unyielding energy won’t allow her to remain successful in only one domain. Bojana’s inspiration has been fuelled by her travels in Europe, Africa and the United States, where she took from these foreign cultures the basic ideas for her many works. These "life" experiences have had a profound impact upon her love of art.
As a child, she spent hours drawing and painting. She gave all her dolls a haircut, dyed their hair, painted and sketched them - much to the amazement of her parents. In elementary school, Lada Uskokovic, the school’s art teacher, recognized her talents and began to guide and teach her, resulting in Bojana becoming a great success in many artistic competitions. In 1999, at the age of 15, Bojana held her first solo exhibition. The following year, the Museum of Applied Arts recognized Bojana for the results she had achieved as an artist.
In 2003, Bojana graduated in the top of her class at the Secondary School for Design. She then continued her education at the Faculty of Applied Arts Industrial Design Department, working with professor Dusan Vuksan. After graduating in 2009, she worked as an assistant for stylist Sofija Kuzmanovic of the newspaper, "Blic Woman", and as an assistant to chief photography editor Vladislav Mitic. She designed and decorated various interiors and events. She also worked, with the great success, in industrial and graphic design, illustration, 3D modeling, hand-made fashion, photography, drawing and painting. But Bojana has always shown particular interest in fashion. Despite her many endeavors, Bojana still heads to a local beauty salon where she works with hair, makeup, and modeling. She has also created jewelry and a clothing line.
Bojana has worked hard to create many works of art - and in each project, she leaves a piece of herself. Colleagues have remarked, "Wherever she appears, she can expand the horizons by her talent", "Bojana is the person who makes that all incompatible colors somehow become harmonious, even a full color palette, which is impressive".
Raised with a strong work ethic and a sense of compassion, Bojana has taken her innate talents to new heights. She has a unique eye for beauty-whether it be through color, interior and exterior design, or photography.
The word of autobiography:
"The character and self-esteem has never declined on a scale, which is in line with its charismatic spirit, great communication, and the smile that is the final piece of the overall mosaic of her work ... Simply beautiful".
